Join us for Seneca’s Museum Fest, an exciting day dedicated to celebrating our town’s rich history and vibrant community! Formerly known as Museum Day, this event marks its 6th year with even more engaging activities and fun for all ages.

• Pony Express Museum
• Fire Department Museum
• Military Museum (Temple of Honor)
• Historic Jail and Sheriff's Residence (Nemaha County Historical Museum)
• Seneca's Hand Dug Well

We’re bringing back favorite activities while also adding new experiences for the whole family to enjoy—stay tuned for more details!

Mark your calendars and come celebrate Seneca’s rich heritage at Museum Fest on Saturday, June 14th! From 10 AM to 2 PM, you’ll have the opportunity to experience the incredible history of our community — and best of all, it's completely free!

All five of Seneca’s museums will be open and free to visit:

• Pony Express Museum

• Fire Department Museum

• Military Museum (Temple of Honor)

• Historic Jail & Residence

• Hand Dug Well

But that’s not all! We’re making Museum Fest even bigger with fun activities for the whole family:

• Victorian Games on the lawn of the Military Museum from 10 AM–2 PM

• Eisenhower Reenactor at the Seneca Free Library at 10 AM

• Historic Presentation by Author Rosie Bosse at the Seneca Free Library at 1 PM

• Vendors at Castle Hall (601 Castle Street)

• Historic Scavenger Hunt and even more surprises!
